These are all key elements of Smart Workflow Services, SWS®, a process and solution that aims to digitize manual processes and reduce environmental impact.
SWS® is developed by Konica Minolta and Nextagenda.
By collecting, analyzing and presenting your business data, we can not only qualify and propose digitalization initiatives but also reduce print volume, saving both costs and preserving the environment by reducing the carbon footprint. Both the direct impacts of reducing print, but also all the secondary environmental impacts associated with production, transportation and disposal/recycling.
This is of course directly aimed at our own print business, where Konica Minolta is one of the world leaders in the field. But we’ve realized that the value we can provide by analyzing print data far exceeds the existing collaboration we have in the traditional print business and supports our customers’ journey towards more digitalization.

Document Intelligence is our solution to optimize and simplify your workday. We have developed a method that uses AI to automatically process unstructured data and documents. Document Intelligence can be used to automate trivial, manual processes or to quickly and thoroughly create an overview and knowledge.

Smart Workflow Services
Nextagenda and Konica Minolta have jointly developed AI software for categorizing printed documents as part of Smart Workflow Solutions (SWS). This software streamlines processes and reduces paper consumption by identifying and classifying various document types, thus promoting digital transformation and efficiency.
